Any personal information that you provide The Benchetler Fasani Foundation (“TBFF”)   is used only for the purpose of improving TBFF’s communications with you and making your experience on the TBFF website enjoyable.  TBFF will not share your personal information with any third parties without your permission.

In order to provide you with the most efficient and enhanced service and to better understand your preferences, we may request any of the following information from you: name, address, telephone number, email address, and information necessary to apply for grants or an outdoor experience with us.  This information is readily accessible by us and can be deleted in its entirety upon your request.

All personal information that we obtain about you will be used and protected by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and this privacy policy. We will primarily use your personal information to provide information and services to you such as:

The navigational information allows us to see which areas of our web site are most visited and helps us improve the quality of your online experience by recognizing and delivering more of the most desired features and services. Additional non-personally identifiable information (for example, browser version, IP address) may be collected which will provide information regarding the general use of our website.

 

TBFF will never sell any information about you to anyone.

We use a third party provider for accepting payments on our site.  We may also, from time to time, use other third party services to improve our service to you. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. However, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

 

Children’s Privacy

 

TBFF recommends that  the TBFF web site be used by children only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Although TBFF does not specifically direct its web site to children, TBFF strives to provide children with as much customer service as possible without violating their privacy rights. For their protection, TBFF asks that anyone under 13 years of age not attempt to register with TBFF or otherwise provide TBFF with any personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

How to Opt Out

 

During a donation transaction, you will be given the option to request to receive further communications from TBFF by checking a box.  If you do so,  all subsequent emails you receive from TBFF will have  a link you can use to unsubscribe at any time.

We utilize a licensed system for credit card authorization and fraud detection.
